Ethnic Transformation In Lynwood

Lynwood, CA - Article by Elizabeth Wright describes the ethnic transformation in Lynwood. Current Mayor Pro-Alfreddie Johnson states in the article that during the time Armando Rea was appointed Mayor of Lynwood, 13 african american people were fired at the same time. A Latina opponent also states Rea's supporters knocked on doors "saying we needed to get rid of black city council members."
