Consultant? That's a good joke. Let me guess, he's a consultant:
1) on how to get rich with tax payers' money;
2) on pornography;
3) on how to give your family good contracts that are exclusive, and pay good.
4) and he's getting contracts from his elected official buddies from other cities.
