Thank you santillan for having the ba.lls that jonhson nor Byrd have. Richard should've received more years, now to johnsons quoted defending richard and saying "it was too harsh" IT IS A BLOODY CRIME!!! WITH THOSE MILLIONS HE STOLE THAT MONEY COULD'VE BEEN USED IN POLICE PROTECTION IN OUR COMMUNITY.......HOW MANY YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NOT DYED DUE TO DRIVE BYS, ROBBERIES, RAPES..
