This is no surprise to anyone. Lynwood schools are trash. I'm a proud graduate that survived the horrible conditions of Lynwood Unified that have existed for decades. I would NEVER put my children through the horrible experience of attending Lynwood schools. Nothing in that community will ever change. If you want more for your family move out!
I feel that the teachers now a days don't really care. School board members don't care either and the students continue to suffer.
I hope that by the county doing this the students beging to learn.
About time that someone from the outside steps in

You can't recall Lal, he has ironclad contract! You have to pay him 3 years pay to fire him. The board finally got rid of that $8 million Kaplan monster that sucked all the budget surplus so now district is in deficit. Terrible management!
