Cesar Chavez Student Calls Radio Station and Reports Alleged Rape
Lynwood, CA - A 12 year old Cesar Chaves Middle School student calls Spanish speaking radio station 1020am and reports alleged rape. Student tells radio station that two male students held her and raped her with an object, allegedly a bottle.
The teen's mother tells station that boys were suspended a couple of days, but are back in school.

Lincoln Elementary Teacher Arrested for Possessing Child Pornography
Lynwood, CA - First grade teacher Kenneth Kothe at Lynwood Elementary has been arrested on possession of child pornography.Kothe was arrested as a result of Operation Predator, an ongoing probe by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) into the downloading of child pornography off the Internet.
Officers found hundreds of pictures of child pornography at his home in Alhambra. The Lynwood Unified School District have placed Kothe on unpaid administrative leave.
