You are misleading the public with this post. These are abbreviated minutes of this hearing. What these minutes say is REA Consultants spoke in favor of American Remedial's permit, not that Rea is a consultant of American Remedial. Check the speakers more closely and you will see the pattern of our minute reporting. I am staff member from SWQCB-LA setting the record straitght. Tapes and full transcripts are available through our office if you need to clarify further.
how did "staff member from SWQCB-LA" find out about this website? it really doesn't matter how, but that's a good sign that this site is really starting to get a lot of readers, starting with the people who say they don't read this "crap", even when they they refresh the screen several times a day to see if there's anything new! now, if people worry about clarifying the information in this website considered by many to be "nothing but crap", wouldn't that tell you that this website isn't that stupid after all, and that maybe it's having a bigger impact than many people wanna accept?

Let me see if I understand this. The name of each person, and the organization he/she represents is separated by comma (,). Each individual is separated by semi colon (;). "Armando Rea, Rea Consultants for American Remedial Technologies" means "REA consultants spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies". With lower or upper case letters, REA or Rea Consultants is still a consulting company, isn't it? So, "Ralph Gonzalez, Lynwood Resident" will mean "LYNWOOD RESIDENT spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies". With upper/lower case letters, Lynwood Resident is still Lynwood resident, correct? Than, "Rea Consultants", or "REA consultants" is still a consulting company, right?
"Ricardo Guerrero, American Remedial Technologies;" means Ricardo Guerrero of or on behalf of American Remedial Technologies" spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies. This means that Ricardo Guerrero represents or works for the company, in this case, American Remedial Technologies and spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies. "Armando Rea, Rea Consultants (or REA Consultants for that matter") spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies is just the same, Armando Rea represents or is in some way related to Rea Consultants or REA Consultants, and spoke in favor of American Remedial Technologies. Bottom line is, Rea Consultants or REA Consultants seems to exist, whether they were hired by American Remedial Technologies or speaking in their favor, this is a consulting company that Armando Rea is affiliated to in some way. The question is whether this is his own consulting business or he just works for them. R.E.A. Consultants Corporation (C1317363)is in Handford and is Suspended according to the Secretary of State. So, which is it?
