This is very depressing. I'm a high school student who looked up to my role models. What kind of role models are this people? We need other types of role models, honest, professional and with values.

It seems to me that no matter what politician is elected to represent our city, unfortunately, corruption is always going to lurk within our goverment system. Nontheless, if your going to be corrupt, you should at least be smart about it and be as discrete as possible about your actions. As a long time resident, I cannot condone this type of behavior, I do not care if you claim that your brother-in-law was the one that ordered these movies, the point is no matter who you try to blame for this unwanted sexual innuendo, you are guilty of being a "PERVERT" and you should be condemned and thrown out of office. These type of actions demonstrate that you have no class, morals, values, or shame whatsoever. Councilman like you should be immediately recalled, just like your intimate ally "PAUL RICHARDS," which whom you claimed was a dirty scoundrel and then turned around and tried to feed off his intelligence. Fortunately for the us, he got what he deserved and hopefully, you will too. Please, stop making excuses to defend Mr. Pedrosa, we all know that he did what the "masters" (Paul Richards, Louise Bird and Arturo Reyes) have done for years. They all have misuse the city credit cards and always got away with it. Until the D.A. stepped in to investigate the misuse of the city credit cards. Mr. Fernando never imagine that someday Lynwood residents will be obtaining this public information. Since residents had always struggle to obtain public records from the City clerks office. Thanks to Mrs. Hooper's skills to keep away public records from Lynwood residents. Mr. Fernando is an adult and he must be responsible for his actions. It does not matter if he reimburse the money to the City, he committed a crime from the moment he started to use the City credit card for personal use "porno material". The District Attorney said during the closing statements for the Bradley case that it does not matter the amount of money use for personal use or if the funds are reimburse, a crime is committed when public officials start using public fund for personal because they already know that it is illegal and punishable by law. Mr. Pedrosa knew what he was doing and he must take responsibility of his actions and stop making ridiculous excuses that make no sense and expose your ignorance and the ignorance of your followers.
