Newspapers Report Lobbyist Pleads Guilty to Giving Illegal Gratuity To Paul Richards

Lynwood, CA - The Los Angeles Times, and the San Diego Tribune report that David Neal Smith of Palmdale pleaded guilty in federal court to giving $7,500 to then Mayor Paul Richards. Richards' Trial is set to start next week, and Smith will be a witness for the government.
