If the city cared so much about, the city would have made sure that inspectors were out there from day one. This is what Mr Bird said. You dont know what the hell you saying.you tell the city maneger what do

The same council has manipulated staff, in the past. How can staff do their job (send out inspectors) when at the same time they were being told to turn the other way.

With Paul Ricchards in jail (hopefully far), and our very competent City Manager, they will allow staff (who are very experienced and getting paid the big bucks) to make recommendations and all projects will be completed.

The city manager stated good. But he's started to show his weak side. He's becoming softer and softer. Fernando is the only one has put him in his place. I hope Leticia does this. Also, wasn't City Hall fixed recently? Why is it being fixed again?

As long as i have lived in Lynwood this is the first time i see things getting done. employees are not sitting around getting paid for work they did'nt do. the city employees know that the new city manager is not a sit down do nothing manager but one who goes and checks to see if things are getting done. things that are getting done are things that needed to be done years ago.

What is this? The fan club for the soon to be ex-city manager? I thought the story was about free money given away. Go figure!

I agree that the City Manager, along with all the directors reporting to him. . . . are doing a HELL OF A GOOD JOB.

The employees that complain, are the ones that are not used to working and don't like change.

There is a new boss in town and you either get with it or move out the way! There are plenty of experienced people that are looking for jobs. So, if you are not happy, don't spend 10 hours of your time coming to work making others uncomfortable and making yourself miserable. Stop complaining, find another job but don't go on (stress) disability and milk the city!

Experience people or not no one wants to work for Lynwood because of all the political nonsense and corruption. Lynwood is the laughing stock in the southeast area. Ask City officials and professional staff from other cities. Lynwood is at the bottom of the todemn pole in almost every category.

What the status of this project. Lets give it back to Lefrancis Arnold and lets give him more money, why not lets add insult to injury. This is a gift that keeps on giving just the casa grande project.
