Why hasn't anyone said anything about the contract Arsenio's getting? I have a question for you all. First, he built Santillan's house. Two, he is an employee of the City. Doesn't this sound like a sweetheart deal? Can anybody else see there's a conflict of interest here? This deal smells very funny.
