Private investigator? What a joke. Shall we ask Amanda why he was "retired" by the Sheriff?

Anonymous said...

who's Amanda?

I understand that idiot mando pulled a gun on two unerage kids. This arrest should be enough to have the state remove his license to carry a gun, and his license as a private investigator. Mayor Vasquez should contact the state just like she did with Franco.

Hey e-hog, what do you say about this coward-looser Rea pointing guns at underage boys? It is expected of a looser. He's has no balls to face man his size without a gun.

Speaking of COWARDS...To all you anonymous comment writers:

Why don't you guardians of all that is good in Lynwood (Yeah, Right!)sign your names?

Wasn't Rea a councilman like ten years ago? What the hell does he have to do with any current Lynwood issues? Or should we just throw stones at everyone that is arrested in Lynwood? OK..how about we start investigating Councilman Heine or Morris or we can go back to the 40's and talk about them?

That's right! Hey ANONYMOUS! You guys sure have big "balls" talking sh%t about everyone behind their backs. I am sure you are an angel sent down by god himself!

What a bunch of cheap shots! How can you people talk about Rea's son? First, he didnt do anything to you. And Second, He's a kid! Oh, you are such a brave man!

Again...you brave defenders of Lynwood...WRITE YOUR NAMES you bunch of gossipers!

With the kind of criminal activity that is going on in Lynwood (which our current city council do nothing about it) do not blame Armando for pulling a gun on so called "kids" which are in fact potential criminals. I support Armando 100% for doing what all of us should do; defend ourselves from all the gangs around us instead of running inside our homes and pretending that nothing is happenning.

Word!

Is it true that the City Manager and Assistant City manager are married to each other?

Is that A joke? What the hell is going on at City Hall? Council supports this?

Go Armando!

I'm very upset at people who are judging Armando for defending himself from gang activity. They should really judge Paul Richards and his gang of family and friends for taking our tax dollars and puttting them in their pockets instead of using the money to fight the criminals that are putting guns to our heads. Armando I'm proud of you.

Armando is just doing what the city council is afraid to do. The council should think about cleaning up our city instead of traveling all over the country on our dime. don't forget to sign the re-call!!! Don't be a player hater. less work to clean up Lynwood starting with the city council, lets take were city back.

Armando is nothin but a blah blah blah, who's been crying wolf since the investigation started. She keeps telling that his inside sources told him they'll be coming in 2 weeks. How long has it been?

Let's put aside politics and personal dislikes; if anyone were to break-in into our properties, I belief we would defend it however we could. I certainly will not want to be the victim and have the rest of the world see me on TV on my burial day. Don't you know that kids now days, unfortunately, are starting to commit crimes at a very young age? Does that mean because of their age that I should allow them to invade my freedom and peace of mind; of course not.

It is not mentioned above that Armando denied having used a gun at first and then it was discovered that he had two illegal guns, one of which he then changed his mind and admited pointing at the boys. The garage break-in story came later, after the arrest. Yes, he was a former City Council member and he was fined the largest fine that could be assesed by the California Fair Election Practices Board. Armando was warned three times by that board BEFORE he was fined and he never opened an election contribution bank account and he never reported large contributions, over one thousand dollars. Also, as any deputy sheriff who was around in those days is aware, Armando had good reason to resign from the sheriff's department and whatever it was that went on between Armando and the male inmate in the jail was an activity conducted between consenting adults, what ever IT was. Its funny but both Armando and the current City Manager hate the sheriff's department. Is that because that department knows a lot about those two people? According to the Pasadena Star News the current City Manager was forced to resign from his City Manager's job in Palm Beach Gardens Florida over accusations of harassing his employees and later his personal assistant,Carolyn Gray, when he was the Assistant City Manger in Pasadena, filed sexual harassment charges against him and only dropped those allegations after she was transfered to a different office and no longer had to work with him. There were some interesting alllegations in Bell Gardens where the same current City Manger of Lynwood was the City Manager and perhaps some individual who is more familiar with the Bell Gardens scandal can elighten those who are curious here on the Lynwood site.

Every one defending this past wrong doer of a council member and who WAS forced to resign from the sheriff's department for having done something he NEVER wants you to know about, seems to forget that Armando was found with two illegal guns on him and of course he lied to the dupties about having pointed a gun at the kids at first and he even denied have a gun and both were lies because he knew he was in deep ka-ka.

Anonymous said...

what happend when he was a sheriff? why was he let go

Anonymous said...

Ask the sheriff's office. I think you might find the he got REALLY friendly with one of the male inmates. I mean REALLY friendly, but then again, maybe he resigned because he had so much public spirit that he felt he need to serve the public and run for city council. The above are just rumors within the sheriff's department. Maybe Armando will tell us someday why he resigned so suddenly. Maybe he was forced to resign for: "pointing a gun" at an inmate, you might say. Who knows.

TO Janet C. who said ... (11:39 PM, September 24, 2006) :
Hey - Maybe I missed that class in college, but don't you have to be convicted to be a "DAMN CRIMINAL"?

I was just wondering if you feel the same way about the City Council members who haven't even been arrested or charged with any crime or do you think that conviction before guilt you speak of only applies to Armando?
