Lynwood, CA – Francisco Leal, currently doing work for the Lynwood Unified School District and former partner of Lynwood City Attorney Arnoldo Beltran, resigned from his post as attorney for the Alhambra Unified School District before the new school board fired his law firm Leal &Dominguez.
